I am using this Live Mail service on my blackberry since Feb 2008. try calling them again and ask them to manually pull the email Live Mail server and push it to your BlackBerry(Please note that there is a 20 minute delay). I use windows live mail to access my hotmail account daily. I called Sprint and was transferred to the BB tech department. They said I have to wait untill version 4.5 is released to support HTTP.
